A Gentle Reminder of Spring

©BMHPhotographyTheGardener’sNotebook2016I love being able to go outside into my garden and gather a collection of freshly cut flowers!

All of the spring bulbs started to emerged a few weeks ago, but it is only in the last week that they have all started to bloom. The beautiful vibrant yellow King Alfred Daffodils, Jonquils and Galanthus are in full bloom! They are flowering a few weeks earlier than last year but it is nice to have some vibrant colours in the garden after a long cold winter. It is a gentle reminder that spring is right around the corner! I can not wait for the warmer afternoons after work spent in the garden.
