NATURE’S PIC OF THE WEEK! – Bursts of pink and yellow

G’day everyone,

Here is ‘Nature’s Pic of the Week’!
These are the colourful blooms of the Mirabilis jalapa, which is also known as the ‘Four o’clock plant.’ The flowers are never consistent in the arrangement of colours shown on the petals, making each individual flower display a unique pattern of yellow and pink stripes. This is just one of the many reasons why they are loved by so many gardeners. I have these reemerging every year after winter in my garden.
