NATURE’S PIC OF THE WEEK! – Forget me not

G’day everyone,

Here is ‘Natures pic of the week’.

This is the petite flower of the ‘Forget-me-not’, Myosotis alpestris, plant. M. alpestris are a perennial ground cover that grows to a height of 20-30cm. They are great for a full sun or shaded position in the garden, but do like to be kept moist in the summer months of the year. The forget-me-not plants can be propagated by seed and are very easy to germinate. But if they are not contained they have the potential to be invasive and weedy. But, I do not particularly mind as I have these growing everywhere under my ornamental trees
